EMER : Emergency

PCO : Patient complaining of

TX : Treatment

LDV : Last dental visit

LA : Local anaesthesia

GA : General anaesthesia

COT : Course of treatment

BPE : Basic periodontal examination

FI : Flouride

FX : Fracture

BOP : Bleeding on probing

IMP : Impression

IV : Intravenous

MEDS : Medications

MHX : Medical history

MOD : Moderate

OH : Oral hygiene

OS : Oral surgery

POSTOP : After surgery
